At The Craft Pizza Bar & Italian Kitchen, we are passionate about serving authentic Italian cuisine to our small community of Orangeville. Our restaurant was founded in 2022 by 30-year Industry Veteran Chef & Pizzaiolo Paul Fuda, who had a vision to bring the true taste of Italy to our extended family, our guests. Since then, we have been committed to using the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking methods, adding a touch of modern creativity to create approachable and authentic flavours of Italy.
Our menu is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy and reflects the diversity of its regions. We offer a wide variety of dishes, including pasta, pizza, salads, seafood, and desserts. All our dishes are prepared with passion and care, using only the finest ingredients. Our menu also includes a selection of vegan and gluten-free options.

From an early age, Chef Paul Fuda’s journey has been rooted in hard work, craftsmanship, and a lifelong passion for the culinary arts. Growing up in a family's large catering company, Paul began learning the ropes at just ten years old—waking before dawn on Saturdays to help clean the commissary yard and organize the family’s cash & carry warehouse.
As a teenager, his summers were spent in the bustling production kitchen, where a team of 30 prepared between 6,000 and 8,000 meals daily. By the age of 19, Paul had taken full command of the kitchen’s operations, overseeing the cooking and preparation of a wide range of international cuisines.
At 21, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he purchased and expanded a full-service vending machine business with more than 180 machines. After selling the business, he returned to his culinary roots to manage kitchen production, ordering, and distribution for the family catering company.
In 2007, the company was acquired by a publicly traded firm, and Paul was appointed Executive Chef, tasked with merging and streamlining the production and distribution of four catering companies and 120 kitchen staff. After successfully navigating the corporate transition and meeting all integration goals, he chose to step away in pursuit of new challenges.
In 2009, Paul returned to his family-built restaurant, where over the next 13 years, he grew the establishment from 28 seats to more than 100. His leadership, creativity, and hands-on approach shaped its growth, reputation, loyal following and two showings on The Food Network.
At the tail end of the pandemic, he reluctantly parted ways with the restaurant after indifferences.
Paul turned the page to a new chapter and a new beginning.
In 2022, The Craft was founded with his wife, Kelly—born from decades of hands-on experience, passion for food, and a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and hospitality
