Welcome to The Craft Pizza Bar & Italian Kitchen, where Italian cooking meets a modern approach. It’s called The Craft because it represents my passion, my work, and a lifetime dedicated to the kitchen. Every Italian dish and pizza we serve is an expression of that Craft—the care, skill, and pride we put into what we do. The restaurant is where I share it all with you. Our menu brings together house-made pasta, signature pizzas, fresh salads, seafood, and classic Italian dishes prepared with care. Founded by Chef Paul Fuda and Kelly, our restaurant reflects a shared passion for Italian food and traditional cooking methods. Paul Fuda has 30 years in the industry and makes pizza in Neapolitan, Roman and Neotraditional New York styles. Ours come out of a stone oven, and the Craft Pizza is a good place to start.

We were from out of town and came following the Canadian Open. Restaurant was busy, we had reservations and had a great meal. The only downside was that I believe our server may have been new and therefore was unfamiliar with wines and some of the ingredients on the pizza. I would still come back though, and sit in that cozy seat at the front window.

We're never disappointed when dining at the Craft. The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is top-notch. The quality and authenticity stand out in every dish. You really can’t go wrong—everything on the menu is delicious!

Wow! Such delicious pizza!! Got their version of pepperoni with hot honey and it was incredible!! Excellent service and food was delivered quickly! I also have to mention the portion size was perfect and you could tell the ingredients were high-quality. Looking forward to returning!

Truly a wonderful authentic Italian spot, right on Broadway. Single seating or family dining, patio is also available in the summer. I had a classic Spaghetti Bolognese most recently. Done classically el dente , it was toothsome! Sauce was everything you would expect, fresh herbs used in its creation, meaty, wonderfully lucious sauce. Thanks for feeding me!
