Our story, from Broadway
Great food starts with passion, and at The Craft Pizza Bar & Italian Kitchen, Italy is at the heart of everything we do. Founded in 2022 by veteran Chef and Pizzaiolo Paul Fuda, we combine traditional Italian cooking with fresh ingredients and creative flair. From our kitchen to your table, we serve comforting, authentic flavours in a welcoming space where our Orangeville community can gather, eat, and feel at home.
Chef Paul Fuda
Paul Fuda is our chef and pizzaiolo, bringing years of experience and a love for great food to every pizza he makes. Raised in a family catering business, Paul started working at just 10 years old and grew up learning the value of hard work and craftsmanship. His career spans large-scale catering, international cuisine, and restaurant management. In 2022, he founded The Craft with his wife, Kelly, combining decades of experience with a shared passion for quality, creativity, and hospitality.
